The supermarket’s loyalty scheme offers up to £40 off a big shop – but you have to pay a fee
It feels a like a return to the 1980s. Tesco is to launch a new Clubcard squarely aimed at getting big-spending householders back into its stores at least twice a month – with the promise of a 10% discount.
From 8 November, the chain will start signing up customers to its new Clubcard Plus programme. Agree to pay its £7.99 monthly fee, and you’ll be rewarded with the 10% discount on two shops of up to £200 each, or one shop costing £200-£400 each month.Continue reading...
